ROSE-RUSH (Lygodesmia aphylla)

WHAT FLORIDA NATIVE PLANT IS BLOOMING TODAY?: ROSE-RUSH (Lygodesmia aphylla)

Bud depicted. Tall, dainty wildflower that you can find popping up between heavy vegetation. Mine always surprise me amongst the ferns and blackberries. Flowers only last a day.

Butterflies and bees are attracted to this beauty.
